During the holiday season I can escape from day-to-day working schemes so I've decided to focus more on my running trainings. I swapped 4 weekly sessions for everyday runs and I've been running since Monday non-stop. Maybe it's kind of exhausting routine but I've been planning spring- summer races and keeping fit has to be priority! Meanwhile I've found some extremely pleasant clothing pieces and put them on my runner's wishing list :) Another running piece is the book by Murakami "What I talk about when I talk about running" that got into my hands and definitely will be a good company while putting my feet up!
Do you start in a marathons or half-marathons? Which European cities can you recommend?
